About this Event
This two-part workshop will incorporate an accessible and impactful model of reflective techniques for group supervision and consultation. This approach builds a deeper understanding of group processes. It supports facilitators working in diverse settings and contributes to the resilience and adaptability of staff and teams.
Objectives:
1. Focus on the elements to support creation of a reflective supervision and or consultation group.
2. Elaborate and deepen a model of reflective facilitation and the role of the facilitator in group supervision and consultation.
3. Techniques to promote group engagement using a reflective model of supervision or consultation.
Part 1: This workshop will present and deepen the elements that set the foundation for robust and effective group supervision, group consultation, or work groups. Interactive and applied practice techniques will be utilized in this session.
Part 2: This workshop will focus on group supervision and consultation dilemmas using experiences from the field. Participants will have opportunities to engage in small and large group learning activities.
