Holding a background in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, along with multiple certifications in areas like Nutrition and Strength Conditioning, she empowers individuals to feel strong and confident. As a mom of two, Zehra understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and founded TheFitNest to provide families with the tools and motivation to integrate wellness into their daily routines. She believes that together, we can uplift our community through health and shared purpose.
