Power & Performance

1 hour-long circuit-style golf fitness class
Each week will always have a few mobility stations, then the rest of the stations will focus on golf-specific speed, strength, and power.
We will start with a quick group warm-up and then demonstrate each exercise. The circuit will be 3 rounds of 8 or 9 stations
$25/class or $75 to commit to all 4 weeks

Chris graduated from Daemen College in 2017 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He is a certified Pain-free Performance Specialist (PPSC), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) level 1, Medical level 2 certified, and Fitness level 2, while also receiving training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment techniques (MDT), Active Release Techniques (ART), and kinesotaping.
