Boxercise Session

Info: skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, and bodyweight exercises
Short rounds with 30–60 sec rest between rounds
Focus on technique, fun, and empowerment

Ground work and Stretching

Cardio Gym usage

Sauna & Ice Bath Rotation
Info: Participants split into small groups if needed
Guided sessions in sauna and ice bath
1–3 minutes per ice bath, 5–10 minutes per sauna cycle
Instructors monitor safety and comfort
