For nearly 4 years we have been in the coffee business. We sell and pour Taste Award Winning McCabe's Wicklow Organic (Medium Roast) specialty Coffee, hand roasted in Co. Wicklow since 1997.McCabe's are one of the original roasters and are also Ireland's first carbon negative roastery. They offset their CO2 footprint by planting trees here in Ireland & abroad (1 tree planted for every 10 boxes of coffee sold).
Recently we became a Coffee Wholesaler for McCabe's Coffee and are exploring ways to enable experienced Barista's to run their own mobile coffee trailer business in a sustainable but still very profitable way.
While pouring coffee is the mainstay, we also carry a range of 250g Bean McCabe varieties including Wicklow Organic & Sumatra (both medium roast), McCabe's Blend and Brazil (both dark roast).
Our POD, MCD#2, is very lightweight at 500kg (1/2 Tonne) with 2 hot water taps and 6 sockets. It is 2.8M in length (plus 1.4M for tow axle), 2.3M in height and 1.62 in Depth. The Pod is much smaller and lighter than normal food trailers and is designed especially for coffee vending. We are fully insured, HSE Registered with Health & Hygiene Certs., PAT Cleared and are ready to go.
We pour McCabe's Wicklow Organic Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Chai Latte, Plastic Free Water, Canned Soft Drinks, Pastries, Snacks & Gluten Free/Vegan Snacks. We also provide a plant based alternative SuperOat Barista which is Vegan & Gluten Free.
All packaging is compostable or recyclable which we manage via two well marked bins. We are also all Barista trained to the highest standard (SCA).
We can also quote for once off events in Schools, Businesses, Charities, Not For Profits, Weddings, Birthdays or any family occasion you can mention. For as little as €5 per person you can have a hot barista drink with pastry/snack (Minimum 50), and the Full Barista Treatment.
