Niki Tolch is a pour-over brewing champion and coffee educator known for her approachable, hands-on teaching style. She is the creator and host of Breaking The Crust, a show exploring coffee culture and community through the perspectives of BIPOC voices, and a former coffee podcaster who led in-depth brewing experiments focused on how variables like grind size, water, and technique shape flavor. With a blend of technical expertise, curiosity, and community-centered energy, Niki makes specialty coffee education accessible, engaging, and empowering for all experience levels.
