About this Event
This small-group pour over class combines hands-on brewing with guided coffee tasting to help you understand coffee beyond recipes.
Instead of memorizing steps, you’ll learn why coffee tastes the way it does — how extraction works, how grind size and pouring affect flavor, and how to adjust your brew to match your personal taste.
During the class, you’ll taste and compare different coffees, explore their flavor profiles, and practice brewing in a relaxed, supportive environment.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel more confident in your pour over skills and more aware of what you truly enjoy in a cup of coffee.
