Holyrood Wellbeing Collaborative are delighted to invite you to our first "feminine energy" sessions - POUR BACK INTO YOU.Our carefully paced 1.5 hour session is intended to put your focus on to you - you can't pour from an empty cup so therefore we will guide you to pour back into your emotional cup.
This session is for 6 people and will guide you through things such as:

Card pull (optional)
Intention setting
This is a space where you don’t need to perform, fix, achieve, or hold everything together.
