Pour Back Into You: A Therapeutic Dance Experience for Single Moms
“When is the last time you poured into yourself?”
Being a single mom often means constantly showing up for everyone else—while putting your own needs on hold. This intimate healing experience is a space created just for you.
Join us for a gentle, supportive session that blends therapeutic movement, expressive arts, and guided reflection to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and breathe again.
This is not a dance class. Instead, you’ll be guided through simple movements and practices designed to help you process emotions, let go of tension, and feel more grounded and restored.

Facilitated by Amani Nyansa, LCSW, Certified Expressive Arts Therapist, with 15+ years of experience supporting women in healing, self-discovery, and emotional wellness.
