During a POUND® class you get the opportunity to release your inner rockstar, get loud and be BADASS. We love how our POUND® Posse can channel their energy into their loud Rockout Workout. Join our loud Family.

Haven't tried a POUND® class yet? You can join us in person, in the studio, and feel the energy there or virtually.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, which are lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
