What is Pound???
Pound is a cardio workout inspired by drumming, accessible to all fitness levels. Follow along to instructor-led choreography for a 45 min FITNESS CONCERT!!
We bring the music and the Ripstix (lightly weighted fitness drumsticks)
You bring your beautiful self, a yoga mat, bottle of water, and be prepared to let loose as we come together with the beat of the music.
Your ticket includes class and a drink ticket! (I promise, you will be thirsty after this jam session)
