About This Class:
Join Kelly Smith, founder of Yoga For You and host of the Mindful in Minutes podcast, for a two-hour mini-retreat designed to help you rest, reset, and set intentions for the year ahead. This one of a kind mini New Year retreat will include an opening ritual, restorative yoga class, yoga nidra and sound and a workshop to craft your 2025 soul's intention- all to help you begin 2025 with clarity, calm, and connection to yourself.
During this 2 hour journey you will begin with an opening ritual to ground your energy and become present within yourself. From there, Kelly will lead a soothing restorative yoga class to relax your body and soothe your nervous system. Then, you’ll then journey deeper with a Yoga Nidra practice for new beginnings, complemented by a mini sound bath to help you reset and find deep rest. Finally, you will end your mini retreat with an interactive workshop to craft your soul’s intentions for 2025, providing space for creativity and reflection as you align with your heart’s desires. Plus, as a special gift, you’ll receive one of Kelly's Soul Guidance Meditation Decks to inspire your practice and intentions throughout the year.
This experience is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, self-discovery, and meaningful connection as they move into the new year. Themes of rest, renewal, and self-support will guide the evening, This mini retreat is open to all experience levels.

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.
Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.
Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.

Kelly Smith is the founder of Yoga For You, host of the *Mindful in Minutes* podcast, and an experienced yoga and meditation teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP). With over 5,000 teaching hours, Kelly specializes in meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and mindful flows, focusing on practices that support healing and self-discovery. Inspired by her own journey through caregiving during her mother’s battle with cancer, Kelly created Yoga For You as a global, location-independent school to help students and teachers find their unique paths to joy and resilience.
