Dee Dee will be teaching Wednesday's at 6pm!!
P90X will be moved to Tuesday's at 5:45pm in September.
We are excited to add this program back in the studio, come try this fun class in September.

Dee Dee has been a POUND Pro for 7 1/2 years and has served as a Tour Crew brand ambassador for 2. Her passion and personality are felt with every strike of her ripstix! She believes in empowering women and will never give up on you, so don’t give up on yourself. You walk in her class as a student, but leave as a friend! Let’s make some noise!
