Join POUND pros Caia and friends for an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! This time, we are bringing some tracks that are sure to fire up your 'kit', AKA core!

IMPORTANT: We are no longer offering a combo beer+class deal. Class is $15 and beer may be purchased separately.
