About this Event

Join POUND pros Hayley and Caia for an exhilarating holiday themed workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! LPBC has become Pound's home in the north Phoenix area and we couldn't be more grateful for their generosity. The community created through Pound and brewery guests has filled us all with so much joy, month after month, and we look forward to continuing to rock with you this December, and in the New Year!

Stay after class for a beer or two and #supportlocal with Lake Pleasant Brewing Company.

POUND is for all ages, ALL stages. Whether you’re a POUND newbie or a POUND veteran, THIS event is for YOU!

What to bring: Yoga mat and water

What to wear: Holiday inspired attire, athletic shoes are optional!
