About this Event

Join POUND pros Hayley and Caia for an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! August 24th at 11AM, we are rocking out to the songs that get us in the mood for a great school year! Dressing the theme is optional, of course, but feel free to come dressed in your favorite school/team gear, your school uniform, or just your favorite athletic clothes! Don't miss it!

POUND is for all ages, ALL stages. Whether you’re a POUND newbie or a POUND veteran, THIS event is for YOU!

What to bring: Yoga mat and water

What to wear: Fitness attire. Shoes optional
