Join Shannon & Lisa for a no-BS blend of rage-releasing yoga, potty-mouth affirmations, and meditation with a rebellious twist. This class is for the beautifully burnt-out, the hilariously healing, and anyone ready to scream, stretch, and swear their way to peace.
We’ll move, breathe, drop f-bombs, and laugh while unlearning the idea that healing has to be quiet or cute. It doesn’t. It can be LOUD, MESSY, and REAL AF.
