Through honest storytelling, relatable moments and identity-based insight, I will invite the audience to reflect on who they are becoming and why lasting change requires more than willpower or another “plan.”
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, this talk introduces a powerful shift: true health and energy come from alignment—when your habits, mindset and identity work together to support the life you want to live.
