Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel to create a bowl, vase, cup, or planter with step by step instructions. No experience needed! You will learn how to center 2 pounds of clay, and the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. After the workshop, your piece will take time to air dry, and then be fired in our kiln.Return after 2 weeks to paint your piece in your own style with colorful pottery glazes (no appointment needed, and no additional charge). Then it goes into the kiln again for a final firing, and ready 2 weeks after you painted it. Your piece will be dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Ages 8 and up.
Admission: $60 per person, includes returning to glaze
