Come and have a taste of what it's like to throw a pot on the potters wheel at this adults workshop.
Sarah of Leaps and Bounds Pottery classes has been potting for about the last 7 years and is a easy going and patient teacher. She will guide you through each step to create a small pot which she will fire and be ready to collect in 6/8 weeks.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start of the class so we can get settled in .
Please bring a small towel or apron
Short fingernails are also recommended.
The wheel taster workshop gives people a chance to have a go at throwing a pot on the potters wheel.
With a maximum of 6 people per class everyone will have 2 attempts at producing a pot.
Your pot will be fired once allowing you to paint it at home if you wish.
If you would like your pot glazed to make it food safe and watertight this will be £4 extra.
Suitable for ages 14 and up
REFUND POLICY. Refunds available up to 10 days in advance of class. After this time tickets are non refundable or transferable.
