Ready to dive into the world of pottery? This course is perfect for beginners who want to build a solid foundation in wheel throwing while having fun and getting creative!Price is $250 for 6 weeks of class: 5 instructed classes on the wheel, and 1 class for glazing. 2.5 hours of instruction per class.
Each week, you'll receive hands-on instruction, and dedicated wheel time as you learn the techniques to shape, trim, and refine your pottery. All finished pieces are fired in our studio kilns, and you'll have access to 2 complimentary hours of extra wheel time during open studio hours to keep practicing at your own pace.
Glazing is done in the final week of class for $7 per item, plus a $5 studio fee.
Whether you're looking to pick up a new hobby or just love working with your hands, this class will guide you from your first lump of clay to your first finished masterpiece!
Each member is limited to one free bag of clay per class (25lbs), additional clay will be $30 per bag.
