We are offering Race Name Sponsorship Table of 8 $1400 per Race
This Includes:
• Exclusive naming rights to the event—Each race sponsor allocated one race name
• Hospitality Package for 8 guests (extra seats may be purchased as per below)
Access to The Glasshouse with private bar & TAB facilities
2 course meal—grazing platters, buffet main along with beer, wine & soft drinks for duration of race meeting
• Race books on tables x 8
• Race book ad
• Souvenir photograph on track with the winner of your sponsored race
• Race name exposure through TAB Outlets and on Sky Racing Network, Form Guides
and any racing radio coverage
• Race name exposure through betting apps and websites
• Point of sale opportunities available if desired through temporary trackside signage and or
flyers, pull up banners in The Glasshouse (supplied by sponsor)
Race Sponsorship is available separately @ $250 per race—contact us for details
Alternatively we have individual tickets available—2 course meal, tap beer, wine, soft drinks $160 per person
Fundraising activities on the night—Raffle, Joker Draw, 50/50, toss coin at bottle etc which you are welcome to participate if you wish
Car will be on display on the night
