Join us and learn the culinary skills necessary to perfect these Polish dishes as we continue our Polish Cooking journey and get “Back to Basics.”
This class will be led by local Polish food expert, Krystyna Osowska, who will share how she makes these dishes, which she prepares at home as well as for catered events throughout the Baltimore Polish Community.
This time we're making authentic Kartacze (Large Dumplings stuffed with meat) and traditional Kluski Śląskie (Silesian dumplings) with Mushroom Sauce.
Students will work along side Krysia and prepare these dishes themselves, and after the class students will have a chance to sit together and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
** Due to popular demand, this time there are TWO SESSIONS!! **
Session 1 will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Session 2 will begin at 3:30 p.m.
