Pot of Gold are nine musicians and friends now in their tenth year of sprinkling shanty magic over audiences from Lands End to the East Coast and points in between. Having performed at the iconic Minack Cliff Theatre, Norwich’s Maddermarket Theatre, Ely’s Maltings, churches and shanty festivals around the country they sing from a collection of one hundred songs ~ originals written and arranged by Crew members, or basically any lyric that mentions water, ships, sailors or mermaids. Expect a totally inclusive, entertaining session, full of great songs, fantastic harmonies, humour, brilliant musicianship and audience participation.
