About this Event
Learn how to walk with confidence in your shoes, including heels, by using the right muscles and body alignment. In this workshop, you’ll discover how to improve your posture, restore confidence, and move more naturally.
We’ll cover walking mechanics, sitting and standing posture, and simple adjustments to help reduce and prevent hunchback, pelvic tilt, and other common posture issues. You’ll also learn how to “fix” your body alignment in one class, so you can continue practicing on your own with simple exercises at home.
