The OPC presents "Mindful Meditation" at Liberty park. A guided meditation by Fox Wylder. Being proficient on meditation since 2009 and guiding others since 2016, she uses traditional and unorthodox practices to help those to achieve the greatness that lies within. In liberty park on the West End, we will have a nice shady treed area for this event. Will provide exact location in the form of a pin drop on the day of to those who RSVP.
