Postpartum Support Group

This group might be for you if you are:

feeling isolated or disconnected

overwhelmed with new responsibilities

Struggling to juggle career and family

Wanting a space to connect with other moms

What you can expect from this group

Mental health support from a licensed counselor

Each week there will be a discussion topic, group sharing and exercises

A small, confidential group of other moms (limit is 8 participants per 8 week session)

A place to be vulnerable about the difficulties of parenting

Internal and external Resources for navigating motherhood

Mondays in June and July 1:00pm-2:30pm
