Time for radical self care!
This practice is designed specifically for postpartum bodies with babies or children of any age. We will address the common spots of tightness in the shoulders, chest, and upper back and get to core and pelvic floor strengthening. We will flow and move and breathe and at the end leave ample time for restorative postures. For this special class, leave babies and kiddos at home and enjoy two uninterrupted hours to yourself.
Come immerse in self care, nourish your body, mind and soul...and leave ready to parent again.

Cancellation Policy
Registrations for workshops and events can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours ahead of time or applied to future instances of the same event, where applicable. About Annemaria
Annemaria Rajala, E-RYT500, RPYT, YACEP is known for her grounded and nourishing classes that invite you to cultivate trust and intuitive listening in your body. She teaches weekly classes and leads workshops in the Bay Area and in the Virtual space, and is a guest lecturer for yoga Teacher Trainings in Pre and Postnatal Yoga. She teaches a wide range of styles, from Restorative and Gentle yoga to more vigorous Vinyasa with a specialty in Pre and Postnatal yoga and Postnatal core and pelvic floor recovery. Annemaria is a mother to a lively little boy and deeply passionate about creating and offering practices to any birthing person for the transformational journey of pregnancy and early parenthood.
My teaching is informed by my years of personal practice, by studying varied approaches and styles of yoga, by being an eternal student of anatomy and by my extensive movement training and experience as a professional dancer and actor. My goal as a teacher is to make yoga accessible and guide you as a student to a deeper relationship with yourself through the practice of yoga.
