Postnatal yoga takes it’s place on the weekly schedule at Muskegon Yoga! Join Hannah (a doula and yoga teacher for over 10 years) for a slow moving, postpartum recovering specific flow every Sunday.
The class will start with a brief check in and individual introduction, then it’ll jump into a slow vinyasa flow, and finish with a short section for baby. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join this class. Feel free to care for your baby, feed your baby, step out for a break and rejoin when you’re ready. Although crawling babies can’t come to class, you can join this group anywhere on your postpartum journey, even if it has been 6 years since you had your baby. It is the general recommendations to wait until postpartum bleeding has stopped to join class, but if you are needing community and support, know you are welcome to come and take it easy.
