Designed to support your recovery, we’ll focus on pelvic floor activation, core stability, and full-body strength, helping you feel more aligned and confident. We’ll also address common postnatal aches and tension through targeted stretches, leaving you feeling refreshed and supported.This class is suitable for all postnatal stages, whether you’ve recently given birth or are further along your journey. Babies are welcome to join, with movements designed to include and engage them. Come move, breathe, connect, and strengthen in a welcoming, baby-friendly space.
This session is sold in termly blocks, Pay as you go is also available.
This session is no longer subsidised by SODC but will continue to run at a highly reduced rate. The only stipulation is that we need 6 to minimum to run
