This workshop supports mothers in the tender weeks and months after birth with gentle yoga, reflection, and community connection. Together we’ll create a nurturing space to honor and process the birth experience—whether joyful, complicated, or still unfolding. Guided movement and breath practices will help close and reintegrate the body, stabilize the core, soothe the nervous system, and foster wholeness and strength. Alongside yoga, we’ll gather in circle to share stories, be witnessed, and connect with other mothers navigating this season of life. Open to all postpartum mothers, regardless of birth experience or stage of recovery. Babies in arms are welcome.
