Join us every Friday from 10:45–11:30am at New Winton Village Hall for a supportive and welcoming Postnatal Pilates class with or without your baby designed to help you rebuild strength and confidence after birth.This gentle 45-minute class focuses on core recovery, posture, pelvic floor connection, and full-body strength through safe, low-impact movement. Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your recovery journey, exercises can be adapted to suit your needs as long as you've had the go ahead to exercise from your midwife or GP.
