New Post Natal Pilates Class for mum & baby Hi everyone, I’m Mel! I’m a pre- and postnatal Pilates instructor and PT with over 10 years’ experience, recently relocated from London to Newcastle. After having three little ones of my own, I’m excited to bring my Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates classes to the area. These sessions are designed to gently rebuild core and pelvic-floor strength, ease tension, boost confidence, and create a calm, supportive space for you to bond with your baby and meet other local mums.
