Join us for a 3-hour wellness workshop grounded in Positive Psychology and designed to support resilience, meaning, and overall well-being.
The experience includes an interactive, evidence-based presentation, a guided meditation for reflection and nervous system regulation, and a 75-minute all-levels vinyasa practice that brings Positive Psychology principles into embodied movement.
Open to all levels; modifications offered.
Educators may earn Act 48 credits.
