Join Positive Psychology specialist & coach trainer Annie Lee for a fun, highly interactive & experiential course run over 2 dates; January 6th AND January 13th 9.30 - 1pm. You will get to learn proven techniques for improving wellbeing for both yourself and your coachees.

What will we cover?
History of Positive Psychology – Setting the context of how positive psychology came into being and how this relates to recognising when Positive Psychology interventions could be useful.
PERMA – An overview of one of the main theories underpinning Positive Psychology followed by a deeper dive into the different elements from both a theoretical standpoint but also including specific interventions that are useful when exploring each element.
Strengths – we will explore different methods of identifying strengths and how to utilise them within the coaching relationship to help overcome challenges, achieve goals and find purpose.
By the end of the programme you will:
- Feel confident to use a range of tools, techniques and interventions to help coachees develop a positive mindset
- Support coachees to improve resilience, confidence and ultimately wellbeing
- Apply proven wellbeing strategies and tools in your own life
- Develop self-awareness and self-confidence

1:1 Coaching available alongside
If you are looking to deepen your learning from the programme there is an option to have 2 hours 1:1 SUPERVISION with Annie at a time negotiated when you purchase this option. These will be via zoom and are at a reduced rate!
