About the Speaker
Dr. Lee Newman is the 9th Dean of IE Business School and Professor of Behavioral Science and Leadership. An MIT, Brown, and University of Chicago alumnus, he has previously worked with McKinsey & Company and co-founded technology startups in New York. At IE, he has led the development of innovative programs that integrate business, technology, and human sciences, with a mission to drive meaningful leadership and behavioral transformation.
