As we approach the New Lunar Year and a powerful Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, we gather at a threshold of new beginnings. This is a moment to reset, realign, and reconnect; not by striving outward, but by turning inward.

Radiate Love is a heart-centered, all-levels yoga practice designed to help you cultivate compassion, acceptance, and connection — starting with yourself.

The day after Valentine’s Day, we move beyond external expressions of love and into something deeper:

Expect intentional sequencing, breath-led movement, and space to reflect, all held in a welcoming, community-led environment.
