Slam dunk on IBD with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation! Enjoy some Blazer basketball while supporting a future free of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis! The Trail Blazers will be playing the Cleveland Cavaliers, featuring former Trail Blazer, Larry Nance Jr., a Crohn's disease patient and founder of Athletes vs. Crohn's.
