PBT is a unique approach that cultivates muscle memory, enhancing the effectiveness of ballet training. In this workshop, you'll gain a deep understanding of the "how" and "why" behind each PBT exercise, and how these exercises contribute to the enrichment of ballet training and other dance forms.
