About this Event
Take time to invest in yourself and embrace a life of wholeness and wellness. Our kick-
off will begin with guest speaker, naturopathic doctor, Chiara Pellegrino, who brings a
wealth of knowledge and believes firmly in the mind-body-spirit connection.
We'll also be offering a variety of group sessions that you can join! We'll be covering
many topics including mental health, parenting, marriage and so much more! Make
