About this Event
On 11/11, gather inside the National Building Museum for an immersive evening of release, alignment, and intentional rest. “Portal” is a guided experience that weaves breathwork, reflective journaling, and a live sound journey to help your body let go of what it’s been carrying and call in what you’re ready to receive.
In many energetic traditions, 11/11 is known as a moment of alignment - a “portal” into clarity, new direction, and conscious choice. We’ll work with that symbolism in a grounded, accessible way: not prediction, but permission.
The National Building Museum’s monumental architecture- its arches, columns, height, and sense of spaciousness - becomes part of the ritual. We’ll treat the building itself as a threshold: a place to move from urgency into presence, from depletion into restoration, from holding it all together into being held.
What to expect:
• Guided nervous system downshift + breath practice
• Private intention-setting and journaling (prompt cards provided)
• Deep vibrational sound healing (crystal bowls, chimes, drum, gong)
• Gentle closing ritual to seal what you’re choosing to carry forward
You’ll leave with more than calm. You’ll leave with language for what you’re releasing, clarity about what you’re stepping into, and the felt experience of crossing that threshold.
All bodies and experience levels welcome. Chairs and floor options provided.
