Our FREE garden event for April is the Porch Pot Make and Take Day, Saturday April 25 between 2 and 4 pm in the garden (402 N Chautauqua).
There are plants you can grow whether your porch is sunny or shaded, and a Porch Pot can provide veggies, herbs, or flowers. Please call Anne McCartor at (574) 849-1911 to preregister (or talk to her at the April UNA meeting) so she can make certain we have enough pots and plants for everyone.
The pots, potting mix, and plants are being donated by garden members in order to keep this event free to our residents. We'll gladly accept donations from residents to help us bring you more free events in the future!
