Phil’s songs are a powerful combination of immediacy and slow-burning subtlety. He is a writer steeped in the poetic traditions of Robert Frost and Langston Hughes. The result is a brilliant intertwining of Americana, Celtic, Folk and Blues themes in distinctive original songs. Phil is joined on stage by a group of luminary musicians drawn together by the quality of his songwriting.
PLUMHALL
Plumhall are an electrifying duo from Yorkshire whose award-winning original songs are earning them well deserved plaudits from the likes of Steve Knightley (Show of Hands) and a season supporting Fairport Convention on their 2024 UK tour. PLUMHALL pack a punch with powerful acoustic guitar and luscious harmony-driven textures of original contemporary folk rock.
