Led by talented local artists, our sessions are supportive, joyful, and open to all abilities and experiences. Whether you're taking your first step or have danced for years, we’re here to make joyful movement accessible to everyone. Each session is tailored to help you rediscover the joy of movement, whatever your starting point may be.
