The poppy has long been a powerful symbol of remembrance and hope. We are offering a unique opportunity to come along and craft your own beautiful poppy brooch just in time for Remembrance Sunday.
I will guide you through the process of measuring, cutting and manipulating cenille stems to create the components of a poppy flower, leaf and bud. We will then assemble these , adding a handstitched beaded centre to give the finished brooch some sparkle.
whether you are a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, this inclusive workshop is suitable for all skill levels, including children aged 12 years and above( children must be accompanied by an adult).
£12 per person .
(£2.00 per person will be donated to The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.)
