We invite you to join us for a heartfelt evening as Ability Dogs Canada and Paint with Janet come together in honour of Dwight Munro—a proud Canadian Veteran, a devoted animal lover, and a man who faced the daily realities of severe PTSD with courage and quiet resilience. Dwight recently passed away, leaving behind a legacy defined by compassion, loyalty, and a deep belief in the healing power of dogs.To carry that legacy forward, all funds raised from this event will support The Munro Fund, a non‑profit initiative created by Ability Dogs Canada in Dwight’s memory. This fund is dedicated to helping other veterans living with PTSD access the life‑changing support of a trained service dog—something Dwight believed in wholeheartedly.
This evening isn’t just about painting or fundraising. It’s about community, remembrance, and ensuring that Dwight’s spirit continues to make a difference in the lives of those who served. Together, we can honour his memory in the most meaningful way: by helping others find the support, companionship, and hope they deserve.
