What is Yoga Nidra?
It’s a guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.”
You’ll lie down comfortably while I guide you through breath, body awareness, and gentle visualization. Your mind stays aware, but your body drops into a deeply restful, healing state.
All you have to do is show up, get cozy, and let the practice do the rest.
