The Pop-Up Players were established in 2024, and specializing in new adaptations of public domain staged radio plays (complete with foley effects and faux commercials) The Pop-Up Players have to date, incorporated sixteen different performers to perform at nine various venues in five different cities."The Meanest Man in the World" a "forgotten" holiday classic adapted from a 1920 Broadway production, will mark the troupe's debut performance for the Ottawa Center for the Arts at "The Abbey" venue (926 Columbus St.) on Sunday December 7th, at 2:00 PM. Admission is free but donations are encouraged. All proceeds will benefit the OCA.
