This workshop uses the wall as a tool to support, guide, and challenge your practice. We will begin at a slower pace with a focus on alignment, stability, and stretching so your body feels prepared and supported. You will explore grounding shapes like Legs Up the Wall and other wall-supported stretches that help release tension and build awareness.From there, we will transition into balance work with the wall as your anchor. You will practice poses such as Tree at the Wall and other foundational standing balances, learning how the wall can improve your alignment and help you feel more secure. As confidence builds, we will explore more challenging variations in a clear and progressive way so you understand how to enter and exit each pose safely.
This class is designed to help you feel supported while trying new things. The wall creates a sense of safety that allows you to strengthen, stretch, and explore balance with greater ease. All levels are welcome, and you will be guided every step of the way. See your poses from a new perspective!
