What to Bring:
• Valid Arkansas Drivers License or AR State ID
• List of current medications
• Documentation of qualifying condition (not required, but helpful)
You must have a qualifying condition to obtain a medical marijuana card.
Cost:
• $100 (You are responsible for $50 state fee and submission to the state.)
• $150 (We take care of state fee and submit all paperwork to the state.)
• Additional $10 fee to process credit/debit cards.
